This side-scrolling action platformer with puzzles is set in Albatropolis, a land ruled by a totalitarian penguin regime. Hardboiled Chicken sets out to assassinate its leader, Putzki, and the mission gradually reveals secrets of the hero’s past and the real enemies of the city.

In the single-player campaign, Hardboiled Chicken fights enemies and collects and unlocks weapons chapter by chapter. The cooperative campaign puts players in control of a pair of Budgie commandos trying to rescue the general’s daughter. Unlockable cutscenes and videos reveal more of the story as the campaigns progress.
