This horror visual novel follows Fuminori Sakisaka, a medical student whose perception of the world is transformed after a car accident and surgery. People appear monstrous to him, and familiar surroundings become repulsive; the mysterious Saya, whom he meets in hospital and later lives with, is the exception.
The story is told through Fuminori’s altered perception and explores the effects of his condition and his relationship with Saya. Gameplay follows the visual novel format, and the protagonist is voiced. At the start, players can enable blur and darkening effects for disturbing images to reduce the emphasis on violent scenes.
