A first-person horror game about a private investigator searching a manor by the roadside for evidence in a missing children case. Once the investigator enters, the door locks, and finding a way out becomes a matter of survival as a dark figure roams the halls.
A jack-in-the-box appears at random around the manor, and it must be found before its music stops. Two safe houses offer shelter from the figure, but they cannot protect the investigator if the tune ends. Cameras in these rooms help track the toy and the spirit. Surviving until 3:00 may give the investigator a chance to escape.
