Starship EVO is a space action and simulation game that begins with a crash, leaving the player stranded on a planet and searching for a way back into space. Resources can be mined to craft equipment and vehicles, expand production, and build a spaceship. Exploration brings access to faster drives and better weapons, while fuel and oxygen must be managed and pirates guarding the Stargate defeated.
The building system supports creations ranging from small fighters to capital ships, as well as mechs and space stations. Ships can be fitted with custom interiors and systems such as life support, artificial gravity, and turrets. The player can trade and take missions at stations, fight pirates and factions, recruit crew members, and travel between orbit, planets, and asteroid rings.
