Super Mario Bros. 3 — Mario and Luigi save the seven kingdoms of the seven worlds that border the Mushroom Kingdom. One of the Koopalings stole a magic wand from each king, turning its owner into an animal. The Mario brothers need to go through seven worlds, in each of which they need to make their way to the Koopaling airships and return the wands to the kings.
However, as Mario learns at the end of the 7th world, all these attacks were a diversion and were meant to delay him while King Bowser Koopa organized and carried out the kidnapping of the Princess. Now Mario has to save the Princess once again.
