This first-person tactical shooter focuses on close-quarters operations, where success depends on planning and squad coordination. Before a mission, the player chooses an insertion plan and route, then equips the team with weapons and gear. Non-linear environments support different approaches, while realistic weapon modeling makes careful movement and accurate shooting important.
Takedown: Red Sabre includes single-player, co-op, and competitive multiplayer modes. Losing a squad member has lasting consequences: a killed teammate is gone, along with their experience. If a team member goes down, the player must assess the situation and may need to reassign the remaining squad members.
