This 2D platformer with puzzles follows Nikola Tesla as he tries to repair the world after Thomas Edison accidentally damages one of his inventions and opens a tear in space. Tesla travels through the countryside, a city and a laboratory to confront his rival, encountering undead creatures from the 19th century along the way.
As the adventure progresses, Tesla unlocks inventions that help solve puzzles, including transmitters, electrically powered platforms and Tesla coils. Level sectors, puzzles and environments are randomly generated. Solving puzzles inefficiently makes zombies more likely to appear; unlockable pigeons can also provide assistance. Hard Mode removes checkpoints, increases enemy spawn rates and features permadeath.
