This business simulation centres on running a private hospital that treats patients with fictional, comical ailments. Each level begins with an empty building, which the player equips with rooms and machinery before hiring doctors, nurses, handymen and receptionists. Staff can be moved around the hospital but not controlled directly, while doctors can improve their skills through training.

Attracting patients involves managing the hospital’s reputation and treatment prices. Diagnosing and treating patients earns income and helps meet each level’s objectives; unfamiliar illnesses require dedicated rooms and equipment. Later levels introduce epidemics, which must be contained by treating infected patients and vaccinating others.
