A wrestling sports game built around fast-paced, high-impact matches under TNA rules. The roster includes wrestlers such as Abyss, Kurt Angle, Christian Cage, Jeff Jarrett, Booker T, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, and Sting.
Building the Impact! meter allows wrestlers to perform finishers, while a damage indicator tracks their condition. Mini-games determine whether a wrestler escapes a pin attempt or a submission hold. Match types include singles, tag team, and Fatal Four-Way bouts, alongside TNA-exclusive Ultimate X and King of the Mountain matches. The game also supports online matches and tournaments.
