This medical action-puzzle game follows the aftermath of the GUILT virus epidemic. Caduceus’s surgical team, led by Dr. Derek Stiles and nurse Angie Thompson, works to address the unanswered questions and uncover the mystery behind the disease.

The player performs operations using surgical tools. The sequel improves tool handling and provides clearer directions, as well as an easier play mode.
