An expansion for Tropico 4 in which the remote island of Isla Guerra revolts against El Presidente’s regime while a foreign army prepares to invade. To defend the country, the player recruits cadets through the new East Point Academy.

The academy provides college and military education, training cadets as soldiers and generals. The East Point Graduate trait lets El Presidente kill enemies in combat instead of wounding them. In the mission “Peace, Love and Understanding,” the task is to repel a large-scale foreign invasion.
