This third-person action adventure follows Ozzy, a young turtle searching for his stolen shell and three talismans that once kept peace in an underwater kingdom. After the talismans are taken, the sea creatures grow hostile, and Ozzy sets out to find the thieves and recover the relics.

Along the way, he fights underwater creatures such as devilfish and sea urchins, collects bonuses, and makes his way through more than forty levels. The game offers several difficulty levels and is designed for straightforward play.
