An action game built around vehicular combat, with opponents battling in armed cars equipped with special attacks. Matches take place in open arenas inspired by locations around the world; players can use turbo boosts, machine guns and advanced combat moves, while collecting homing missiles, fire rockets and napalm to disable rival vehicles.
Twisted Metal: Head-On (Extra Twisted Edition) adds an exclusive level to the original Twisted Metal: Head-On and four levels from the Twisted Metal: Black universe. A separate interactive level lets players control Sweet Tooth and explore behind-the-scenes material and facts about the series’ development.
