Twisted Metal: Head-On — In terms of plot, the game did not advance in the history of the series. Calypso organizes the next “Grindling of Metal” tournament, where the most desperate drivers from all over the Earth come together to get the main prize — the fulfillment of their own desires. This part has the largest number of variations of the Sweet Tooth character, namely: Sweet Tooth, Dark Tooth, Tower Tooth and Gold Tooth.

Also includes mini-games that players can access through teleporters that can be found in each level in story mode. These are bonus levels where players must collect power-ups while avoiding obstacles that require a variety of tactics, including destroying taxis, jumping over gaps, and destroying helicopters with napalm bombs. The catch is that most of these mini-games are timed, forcing the player to think on their feet while maintaining a balance of caution and risk. Reaching the end of the mini-game before the timer runs out allows the player to use all of their power-ups.
