Virtual City

Virtual City is a city-building simulation in which the player develops a settlement as either a residential community or an industrial center. The player constructs homes and factories, produces goods and delivers them to shopping malls, while setting up public transport to parks, cinemas and stadiums. Neighboring cities can become trading partners, and major construction projects include a marina, a train depot and a spaceship launch pad.

Development requires balancing income, time, the environment, population and citizens’ happiness. Recycling garbage, adding hospitals and fire stations, planting trees and upgrading buildings can improve living conditions, while public events raise morale. Across more than 50 levels, the player helps cities recover from economic downturns, population crises and natural disasters; Free Play mode offers five large maps.
