WRITHE is an arcade first-person shooter set in an alternate 1970s Thailand, where mutant sago worms threaten Bangkok. The player takes the role of an exterminator, fighting off endless waves of the creatures.
Combat unfolds across three arenas, with survival depending on when to retreat and when to attack. The player can wield a shotgun and plasma rifle at the same time, aiming to last as long as possible and earn a place on the global leaderboards.
