A platformer about six Yoshis who must reclaim the Super Happy Tree and lift a spell from their world. Baby Bowser has stolen the tree and turned the Yoshis’ world into the pages of a picture book; only the hatchlings, still protected by their shells, escaped the spell.
The player controls one of them and traverses levels in a quest to reach the Super Happy Tree and restore happiness to the world.
