This point-and-click adventure is set in a cartoon prehistoric world and follows Zniw, a young yellow dinosaur searching for a gift for her mother’s hatchday. After a series of mishaps, she ends up far from her hometown of Wajapulka and tries to find her way back, while a problem in a neighboring village draws her into events along the way.
The player explores forests, jungles, caves, and other locations, encountering dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures. An in-game encyclopedia fills with information about creatures, items, and places encountered during the journey. Concept art and minigames can also be unlocked; the visuals use hand-drawn backgrounds and frame-by-frame cartoon animation.
