A real-time tactical game about a war between the Mafia and the police in 1930s Chicago. Don Falcone seeks control of the city’s districts, while a special task force led by Edward Nash tries to bring down his gang. Players choose to join the mob or the police and manage a team of five characters.

Each character has attributes for shooting, close combat, throwing, charisma, and first aid. Slow motion can be used during intense battles to help manage the team, while enemies react differently depending on the situation.
