This tactical shooter centers on a hostage crisis at an embassy in Paris, where the player leads a six-person counterterrorist team seeking to stop the attackers and free the captives. The operation unfolds across several stages with different styles of play.

First, snipers make their way to positions in buildings across from the embassy, avoiding searchlights by taking cover, crawling, diving, or rolling. The player then watches the windows through a rifle scope and shoots terrorists while providing cover for the assault team as it rappels down the building from the roof. Hostages must not be hit, and the player can switch between snipers.
