This fantasy RPG strategy game follows three heroes whose paths cross in an ancient region of Britannia beyond the Forest of Bedegraine. Sir Lionel sets out to rescue a captive woman, Lady Corrigan of the Sidhe seeks secret paths back to her lost home of Tir na nÓg, and the northern shaman Drest the Chosen is guided by visions and voices. Their stories lead into a long-forgotten battle.

The campaign unfolds through separate missions, with players choosing assignments and upgrading the heroes. Each character has a storyline featuring three battles, followed by a confrontation with the main foe. Battles take place on varied maps: some involve small groups of elite units and heroes, others field large armies, while certain encounters impose unusual combat conditions.
