Perimeter: Emperor's Testament is an expansion to Perimeter, a real-time strategy game about a war between factions across the worlds of the Psychosphere. After the Exodus fractures, the Empire and the Harkbacks pursue different goals: the Empire believes humanity should remain in the Chain of Worlds, while the Harkbacks seek the mythical Earth. The Spirits continue their journey toward a new home.

Across 25 single-player missions, the player takes part in the conflict between three sides as the Emperor tests a mechanism designed to discover new worlds. The experiment brings the Mechanical Messiah into being and reveals a parallel Chain of Worlds. The expansion also adds three multiplayer maps, updated graphics, and a new soundtrack.
