This real-time strategy game follows the Exodus civilization as it leaves a dying Earth in search of a new home. Players capture territory, turn it into an energy source, and protect controlled areas with defensive perimeters against attackers.
The landscape can be reshaped during battles: terraforming lets players alter or destroy the environment and adapt their plans to the terrain. Nanotechnology allows combat units to change form, combining tactical flexibility with the need to plan territory and perimeter placement.
