This expansion to PT Boats: Knights of the Sea adds campaigns set in the Mediterranean and Black Sea during World War II. The player commands a torpedo boat, transports British troops and supplies to Libya and Tunisia, escorts convoys to Malta, and takes part in battles over the sea routes between Sevastopol and Novorossiysk.

Missions include night raids on enemy bases and artillery attacks on Yalta and Anapa. New additions include torpedo bombers, minefields, and historically based vehicles such as the Soviet Il-2, the German He-111H-6 and Ju-88, and Italian ships and torpedo boats. The gameplay combines simulation, strategy, and tactical action.
