An expansion for Tropico 3, adding a campaign of ten missions and new islands to the role of ruler of a Caribbean nation. Players can build new structures, issue edicts and use other means to strengthen El Presidente’s hold on power, including declaring an annual festival in their own honor, printing money and outlawing a political faction.
The expansion introduces a loyalist faction, new traits and appearances for the ruler, and large landmarks and decorative structures awarded for political and economic success. Radio broadcasts are expanded with a new station and additional commentary on the player’s actions.
