This real-time strategy game follows a war between humans and the sentient mechanical Zali on the planet Ishtonia IV. In the campaign, players follow Overseer Oliver Petrovich and rebel leader Aeryn Ozarr as they try to understand the cause of the sudden hostilities. Choices made along the way can affect gameplay later on.
In multiplayer, up to eight players fight for control of resources as either the Ishtonian Alliance or the Zali. Each unit has its own abilities and upgrades, while the A.R.M. system lets players alter units’ strengths and weaknesses with specific loadouts. Environmental hazards also affect battles.
