In Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, players need to find an arrow that brings luck to Karel's gang. In this guide, we will explain how to help return the magical artifact to the bandits.
Start this quest after completing the Arrow-head quest. Find a man named Goryun at the "Devil's Place" tavern. Ask if he has any work. The bandit will mention that he remembers the protagonist once helped his friend Karel with an arrow in the forehead.
The man adds that Karel recently died, and now the gang's affairs have gone awry since his arrow brought luck. They will ask you to find the artifact. Agreeing will start the quest.
Head to the Sedlec Monastery. From the entrance to the cemetery, turn left and walk along the stone fence. Find a gravedigger named Lenek.
Ask the guy where executed criminals are buried. He will tell you that he recently buried a wizard with a branch in his head. Pass a persuasion check by saying you came to behead the mage and protect people from the curse. This will reveal where to search for the grave.
Find a fresh grave by the willow near the gravedigger. Start digging and then remove the arrow from Karel's head. The method of doing this does not matter.
Return to the "Devil's Place" tavern. Goryun will not be there, so talk to Hare. The young man will eventually say that he has been instructed to meet and escort you to the camp.
Follow your companion. Talk to the guy along the way about the life of the bandits.
At one point, Hare will say that Goryun should not get the arrow, as it could doom everyone in the camp. He will then ask you to give him the arrow to form his own gang.
Several options will appear:
Find Goryun's camp in the forest north of Grunta. Tell him you found the arrow. You can mention that Hare tried to take the arrow or not — it won't affect the outcome of the quest.
The camp leader will decide that he should now become the man with the arrow in his head and will ask you to shoot him in the forehead. You can dissuade the man by successfully passing a persuasion check. In this case, the quest will end, and you will receive a small monetary reward.
Hit Goryun in the head with a crossbow. If you miss, the whole gang will attack. However, if you manage to hit him in the head, the leader will naturally die, and the rest of the gang will decide it's a divine curse and scatter from the camp. This will conclude the quest.
After talking to Hare, it's not necessary to follow him. You can go directly to Goryun's camp.
