In the game world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, gamers can help the community uncover the dark past of the owner of a popular city tavern. We will tell you how to gather evidence and successfully complete the quest.
You can start this quest after completing the After Death quest. Head to Kuttenberg, in the city of Kutna Hora, and find a tavern called "The Hole" in the outer city. Talk to a girl named Rat about work. Agree to help, even though the thief will not immediately disclose the details of the task.
The girl will tell you that the owner of the "All Saints" tavern is involved in dark deeds. The task is to sneak into the basement and steal evidence against the German. Then sell the loot through a person from Rat. Finish by remembering the password: "Bug-eyed monkey."
Head to the "All Saints" tavern.
Keep in mind that during the day, miners play dice downstairs. There are two ways to get into the basement:
Through the tavern. Pick the lock or use a key that can be stolen from the innkeeper.
Through the dungeons. To do this, go down from the southwest exit of the city, follow the tunnel without turning, until you find a ladder. Climb it, go straight, and unlock the door to the tavern.
Once in the basement, explore the tavern's storage. Find a chest and a wall that needs to be dismantled.
Take the ancient statuette from the chest, then dismantle the wall and take the rusty old sword and treasure maps.
To the right of the door leading to the dungeons, find a chest and take a bloodstained dress from it.
Head to the "Under the Oak" inn, located near the eastern city gates. Talk to the innkeeper Helga Shelma. Say that you are sent by Rat, and then say the phrase: "Pour me a Bug-eyed monkey." The woman will then buy the evidence. This will complete the quest.
You can sneak into the basement even before the quest begins and take out the ancient statuette and the bloodstained dress. However, after the quest starts, you will still need to return there to dismantle the wall and retrieve the rusty sword and maps.
